 Currently this project is seeking funding and advanced memberships. They are looking to construct a surf pool and resort in the Las Vegas desert. Plans are to start construction in 2022 and open in 2024.  I recently visited  Wind   Creek  Casino in Bethlehem, PA. Prior to arriving I creating an online account at their cash casino site. I was already aware that I would have to be in the state of Pennsylvania to gamble on their site. Upon arriving at Wind Creek, I logged into my account and continuously received an error messaging stating I was trying to access the site from a restricted area. After contacting customer service I was told  guests are not able to play while on the property. Further research revealed that the  regulations from the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board (PGCB) currently state that via the use of geo-targeted software, players will be prohibited from playing online poker, casino games or slots from within any land-based Pennsylvania Casinos.
